The Social Brand Amplifier dashboard lets you quickly see all of the latest reviews, comments and private messages your local Facebook pages are receiving. However, you can also set up email notifications if you would like real-time alerts with this information.
Next to the Reviews, Comments & Notifications, and Private Message sections, you will see a gear icon at the top right. Click on that icon to set up your email subscriptions.
When you click on the gear icon, you will be brought to a page that allows you to set up an email subscription. Click on the green “add new” button.
You will then be able to set up your subscription. Give it a name, set the status from “inactive” to “active”, add the email address(es) you’d like the alerts to go to. If you leave the keywords area open, you will get an alert for all notifications. However, if you are only interested in reviews, comments or messages that contain a certain word, you may include it here. If you leave the groups area open, you will get an alert for all notifications. However, perhaps you are a regional manager and only want to see notifications for a particular group of Facebook pages, you may select that here.
If you ever need to delete the email subscription, click on the red delete button at the bottom.
